      AR Bob H. Add relevant IBIS Accuracy Handbook details (OPEN)
      AR Mike L. To perform Query replace (DONE)
      AR Mike L. Add wording to section 4.3 to capture distinction 

         between Tables and Curves (OPEN)
      AR Lynne G. To generate graphics for non-text version (DONE)

       Continued Review of entire IQ_DOCUMENT.TXT

Started at beginning and performed coarse review up to section 4.3.12
Focused on checking levels and parenthetical comments.
Mike will close his action items then pass the document back to Bob H.

Summary and header section cross checked for consistency.
|IQ comments go (into NOTES section).

Mike did on-line editing of document during the call.package model 
(3.1.3, 3.1.4).
Need to add table of IV model Types 4.1.2

Waveform processing (section 4.X)  some of these need to be changed from 
level 0 to level 1 need to check against parser.
For example 4.2.7  {LEVEL 1}  [Model Spec] Vinl+ greater than Vinl-
Is this checked by the Parser ?
Need to add similar check for Vinh+,-

AR Bob Haller to provide clarification wording to Mike on 4.3.12
